Station 56 was dispatched for the alarm system at the Pyramid Center located at 2705 Old Bethlehem Pike in Millford Township at 10:38 Saturday morning. Engine 56 went en route and was given the information from Bucks County Communications Center that it was accidental and they were wishing the company to recall. Engine 56 gave the order to the County to hold it to the Engine and they would go in and confirm. Upon arrival the alarm had been reset and the building had been evacuated. An investigation to why the alarm had gone off was proven to be a juvenile playing with the system. The alarm was put on a chief's page to 2:00 pm and the Department went available within 30 minutes.

Station 56 has had an extremely busy few days, and at a time when temperatures have reached 100 plus degrees. The dedication of the members can not be described in words. Not only are the apparatus hitting the streets in short amounts of time, but multiple apparatus are arriving on scene and going to work. With the scorching weather and the back breaking work, crews are still coming out call after call. It is this dedication and hard work that makes RTFR "The Pride of the Township!"
