Wednesday, March 10, 2010 The Officers and members of Richland Township Fire and Rescue join the Quakertown Fire Department in mourning the loss of Raymond Stever. Ray was a former Chief of the Quakertown Fire Department and a greatly influential man in the fire service. He will be greatly missed by both departments.
